Now that the season is underway, we at Nairn County FC are looking to take our club to the next level. We cannot do this without the input of some fresh blood and new ideas, to help us to reach our goal at being the best at what we do both on and off the park.

We have listed below a number of volunteering vacancies which will hopefully appeal to you if you are interested in being a part of your local club and helping us to progress. Training will be provided for all positions and the beauty is you will be empowered to make the role your own and use your innovation to contribute towards a successful future for Nairn County.

Social media match day updates
Provide real time updates on our Social Media channels of the action and talking points from our First Team matches. This requires the ability to track the action as it happens on the pitch but also be able to post updates on your personal device. Estimated time commitment: Home matchdays (2 hours per fortnight on average).

Social media week day updates
Provide real time updates on our Social Media channels of news, noteworthy activities and promotional content throughout the week. This requires working as part of a team to manage our Social Media channels and update where appropriate on non-matchdays. Estimated time commitment: 1 hour per week.

Content writers
Write news articles on our teams and promotional features on our sponsors for our club website. This will require you to produce content (match reports, news items etc) on the progress of all our teams (First Team, Reserves Team and Youth Teams) and features to promote our sponsors where appropriate. Estimated time commitment: 2 hours per week.

Videographers
Record content from across the club to be edited and then disseminated across our Social Media channels. This requires the skills to record suitable content (match day / training action, interviews etc) to then be edited. Estimated time commitment: 2 hours per week.

Podcasters
Record Podcast content and edit it so it is ready for publication. This role involves the full recording, production and editing process of Podcasts to be published at an agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). Estimated time requirement: 2 hours per week.

Station Park advertising (sales)
Sell advertising space around the ground to businesses both locally and further afield. This role involves building relations with potential advertisers and current advertisers to either attract them in advertise with us or upsell existing advertisers. Estimated time requirement: 1 hour per week.

Station Park advertising (logistics)
Post-sales activities to arrange the production of advertising board artwork by the Sign Centre, sign-off by the client and installation of the board at Station Park. This role involves liaising with advertisers to obtain new or updated graphics, provide these to the Sign Centre for production and arrange for installation at Station Park. Estimated time requirement: 1 hour per week.

Admin assistant
Preparing and distributing invoices and covering letters for Station Park advertisers, Player Sponsors etc. This role requires the IT skills needed to produce these documents, distribute as required and to track as and when sent. Estimated time requirement: 1 hour per week.

Boardroom host
Serving drinks to sponsors and guest in our boardroom pre-match, at half-time and post-match at home fixtures. This requires the people skills and customer care needed to make our sponsors and guests feel welcome on match days. Estimated time requirement: 4.5 hours per home matchday, 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm.)
