Following the expiry of their loan deals with us, Jack Walker and Ross Hardie have returned to their parent clubs Inverness CT and Brora Rangers respectively.
Jack made eight appearances for us having joined in August and now returns to the Caledonian Stadium looking to push into Scott Kellacher’s team as they seek to preserve their League One status.
Ross returns to Dudgeon Park having also made eight appearances for us to re-join the Cattachs’ pursuit of the Highland League championship.
We wish both players well for their future careers and thank them for their service to Nairn County.
Jamie Williamson joined us on a season-long loan from Ross County in the summer but has since required an operation on an ankle injury. He is now under the care of his parent club as he continues his return to full fitness. We all wish Jamie the very best for his recovery over the coming months and hope to see him back fully fit as soon as possible.
Brodie Watson joined us in the summer and was immediately loaned back to his former club, Inverness Athletic, for the season. Due to a break in the North Caledonian League over Christmas, we have been able to involve Brodie in our squad for the last two league games and our friendly against Nairn St Ninian last month. Following his performances in those fixtures in training with the First Team squad since joining the club, we have now recalled Brodie from his loan spell and he will remain a part of our squad moving forward. We would like to thank Inverness Athletic for their co-operation in allowing Brodie to link up with the squad ahead of schedule.
Jonathan Bain has had has loan spell at Fort William extended until the end of the season. The young left back joined us from Inverness CT in the summer and made four appearances before moving to the Lochaber side in October.
Josh Stephenson, Ross Murphy and Calum Young have had their loans to Forres Thistle extended until the end of the season. Winger Stephenson and left back Murphy joined the Jags at the start of the season with Under-18s forward Young joining his club mates at Logie Park at the end of August. Our Coaching Staff will continue to monitor their progress when they join our squad for one training session per week and through regular feedback from the loan club.
Liam Mackenzie and John Fowler’s loans to Nairn St Ninian have expired and they have now returned to our squad.
