Nairn County U15s got their 2013/2014 Season in the Scottish Highland Football League youth development programme off to a flying start by beating Clach B U15s 7-3 at home. They played 90 minutes over three 30 minute periods with the last 30 split into two 15 minute periods. Nairn County were first to score in the first minute with a goal curtesy of Kai McLaughlin, then Travis Shaw made it 2-0 before Clach brought it back to 2-1 at the end of the first 30 minutes. The second 30 minute period Nairn were awarded a penalty and Cameron Davidson made it 3-1 before Clach then scored again to make it 3-2 before Kai McLaughlin got his 2nd goal to make it 4-2 at the end of 60 minutes. In the last 30 minutes Rory Footitt scored 2 goals in quick succession to make it 6-2 before Cameron Davidson scored his 2nd of the day to make it 7-2. Clach then scored a late goal to make it 7-3 at full time. Gillian McWilliam
