Young left-sided player, Jonathan Bain has become the latest summer addition to our squad joining from Inverness CT.

The 18-year-old has signed a two-year contract with us and follows in the footsteps of Alan Pollock and Gary Kerr as Ross Tokely’s new additions, becoming our second signing in as many days.

Jonathan is a player well-known to Ross, who sees him as a player ready and able to step into the Highland League environment for the first time.

The Manager said: “I have worked with Jonathan before when I coached at Inverness CT, so I know what he is all about.

“He has had a good grounding coming through the youth teams at Inverness and I have tracked his progress over the last few seasons. He is now at the stage where he needs to make that step into adult football and we will give him the opportunity to establish himself here over the coming season.

“Jonathan has loads of potential and we are looking forward to working with him on the training pitch to help him to continue to develop his game. He has a bit of aggression and steeliness to his game for someone so young and I think the supporters will enjoy his style of play.”

Jonathan is capable of playing at full back or further forward and has been with Inverness CT all through their youth development programme. He made one First Team appearance for the League One side, playing in a Challenge Cup match away at Hamilton Academical during the 2022/23 season.
