Sam Gordon and Ben Kelly have today joined Forres Mechanics on a temporary basis until the end of the season.

Sam is a 24-year-old winger, who came through our Youth Development Programme and debuted at the start of the 2021/22 season, making a total of 71 appearances for the club so far.

He has been restricted to just two starts this season though and has four goals to his name across his Nairn County career, including one at his new temporary home, Mosset Park, in a 4-3 win over Forres last season and of course, the winner in the North of Scotland Cup final back in November.

Ben also scored in that cup final win, his second goal for the club after opening his account away at Deveronvale having joined us from North Caledonian League side, Invergordon, in the summer. So far, the 25-year-old has made eight starts and 13 sub appearances for us.
