THE Bridgemill Direct Challenge Match sees Nairn St Ninian visit Station Park to take on Nairn County in Ronnie Sharp's first match since being named the new boss at Station Park. The visit of Mike Hendry's side is sure to be a stern test for the home side as they continue their preparations for the big kick-off with two games in three days. A full Preview of the visit of St Ninian is below: Date: Thursday July 21st 2016 Competition: Bridgemill Direct Challenge Match Kick-off: 7.30 pm Opponents: Nairn St Ninian Manager: Mike Hendry Venue: Station Park, Nairn Previous meeting: Nairn St Ninian 3 Nairn County 4 July 2015 Last time out: n/a League position: n/a Form guides: n/a Team news: Gregg Main misses this derby match through the ankle injury which has kept him on the sidelines since the end of last season. John Cameron, Martin MacDonald, Sean Webb and Adam Naismith are all on the brink of securing moves away from Station Park and therefore will not feature. Alan Pollock has just returned from a two-week honeymoon and will also not be considered. Manager Ronnie Sharp may opt to include as many as five trialists who are currently training with the first team squad while also taking the opportunity to check out a handful of players from the under-20s squad. One to watch: Simon Hill. The lively attacker caused the County defence no end of problems with his pace when the two clubs met 12 months ago. He bagged himself a goal at the Showfield in one of his first games for Mike Hendry's side having moved to St Ninian after playing in the Highland League with Strathspey Thistle, where he established himself as a handy attacker. He is one that Ronnie Sharp's new-look back line will have to keep a close eye on in this clash. Match officials: Referee David Watt; Assistants Steve Ross and Davy Robertson Weather forecast: Sunny 18 degrees 4 mph wind Admission prices: Adults £5 donation, Children free Graeme Macleod
