We have named both Mike Rae and Brian Macleod as Interim Head Coaches while our Manager, Ronnie Sharp, recuperates following a heart attack last week. Mike has served as our Assistant Manager and Goalkeeping Coach since Ronnie's appointment as Manager five years ago. Brian briefly worked as part of our Management Team almost three years ago before taking the Manager's job at Clachnacuddin. He re-joined us as Reserves Team Assistant Coach in July last year and has helped coach our young side through their first season in the North Caledonian League, which resumes a week on Saturday. Director of Football, Graeme Macleod, said: "We are delighted that Mike and Brian have agreed to take training in Ronnie's absence. "They both indicated a willingness to do anything they could to help the club through this period and we are very grateful to them for stepping into the breach. "The three of us are in regular contact with Ronnie and he is able to liaise with Mike and Brian around what his requirements are for the return of the players to pre-season training. "Ronnie is making good progress in his recovery and we will give him all the time he requires to return to health." He added: "We can now look forward to welcoming the players back to pre-season training, which is always an exciting time of the year as the preparations for the season get underway and the new players meet their teammates for the first time. "I know from the players I have spoken to that they are looking forward to getting started and Mike and Brian are keen to get going too."
