THE under-20s try again with their North Caledonian Cup quarter final tie away at Halkirk United with the trip to Caithness originally postponed due to high winds three weeks ago. Since then, Stuart Finnie and Brian Taylor's side have picked up a confidence-boosting friendly win over Inverness City as they recorded a 4-3 success over the North Region Juniors Super League club on Monday night. Meanwhile, opponents Halkirk United went down 3-1 at Inverness Athletic last weekend and they will be looking to reach the last four and what they will see as a winnable tie away at either Bunillidh Thistle or St Duthus.
