We have secured the services of Dylan Maclean on an extended contract.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper has agreed a deal to summer 2023.

Dylan debuted for us from the bench at home against Brora Rangers on September 9th 2015 but made no further appearances that season.

The following season was his breakthrough though as he made his full debut on the opening day – coincidentally also a home meeting with Brora – before going on to make a total of 32 appearances that campaign and winning the Supporters Player of the Year prize.

In total, Dylan has played 106 times for Nairn County – including 17 appearances this season – keeping a total of 20 clean sheets.

Director of Football Graeme Macleod said:

“Although he was finished with youth football when he joined us, we still consider Dylan one of our own.

“He has been with us for almost seven seasons now and is still only 25. There is plenty more to come from Dylan and he could easily play in the Highland League for another decade or more.

“We are pleased that Dylan has agreed to extend his stay with us into what will be his eighth season with us and we looking forward to seeing him continue to progress.”
