LAST week saw the launch of the official Nairn County FC Facebook page with the first full, live match day coverage coming from yesterday’s game against Buckie Thistle.
The page can be found at http://www.facebook.com/nairncountyfc and provides supporters with updates on all they need to know from Station Park.
The importance of the supporters and keeping them informed is recognised at the highest level of the club and we will endeavour to keep everyone up to speed with all developments and news which may be of interest through our official website at http://www.nairncountyfc.co.uk/ our Twitter feed @nairncounty_fc and on the new Facebook page so that all fans can keep up the speed in the digital age.
When the manpower and facilities at away games allows, the live match coverage will include a preview on Friday, the programme cover pre-match (home games only), team line ups before kick-off, match fact (goals, substitutions, cards, penalty awards) updates throughout the match, full report on full time and post-match reaction afterwards. There will also be in-depth updates including descriptions of goal mouth action and major talking points available on our Twitter feed as the match progresses.
Yesterday’s match saw the report published on the club website at 4.50 pm as the players made their way up the tunnel while the thoughts of manager Les Fridge were then available less than an hour later.
We will also bring you all of the breaking stories from the club on the website with notifications through the social media pages as well as updates on the progress of our under-15s, under-17s and under-20s sides.
