Route 66 on Leopold Street in Nairn has donated matchday warm-up jackets to the club.

The jackets are Joma branded and were used for the first time in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Keith.

The jackets come with the Nairn County badge embroidered on the chest and with the Route 66 logo printed on the back.

Nairn County chairman Donald Matheson said: "We are delighted to have received these fantastic jackets from Route 66."

"What we had before was inadequate for the winter weather experienced throughout the Highland League season but these new jackets provide that extra bit of warmth to ensure that our substitutes are comfortable and ready to perform when called upon."

"I would like to thank Sandy and Jean Morrison at Route 66 from everyone at the club and wish them every success with their business venture."

Route 66 is located at 11 Leopold Street and serves a comprehensive menu from ribs and burgers to tea and scones. Open from 7.30 am until the evenings, they cater for breakfast, lunch, after school snacks and dinner.

The American-themed diner offer group bookings for parties and also provides takeaways.
