Team news: Goalkeeper Calum Antell serves the second of his two-match league suspension. Manager Les Fridge is currently weighing up his options with regards to who will take over from the former Hibernian shot stopper between the posts with a number of options under consideration. Gregg Main is also suspended as he serves the first of a three-game ban but fellow midfielder Wayne Mackintosh returns to the squad. Tony Wallace, Martin MacDonald and Callum Maclean all participated in the pre-match warm up last Saturday and came through unscathed but this game is set to come too early for any of the trio to be fit enough to play.

One to watch: Daryl Nicol. The striker has been in red hot form so far this season and fired Cove to their impressive 3-0 win against champions Brora Rangers earlier in the campaign. The County defence will have to have their wits about them to keep him quiet and will no doubt receive a sterner test from Nicol this weekend than they did from former Scotland striker Garry O’Connor in the Scottish Cup last Saturday.

Weather forecast: Thick cloud 11 degrees 3 mph wind
