Club to launch Under-13s team

NAIRN County can today confirm an exciting new addition to the club’s youth development programme.

From the start of the 2018/19 season, the club will compete in the Moray Firth Youth League for under-13s teams for the very first time on a one-season trial basis.

NAIRN County are through to the first round proper of the Highland League (Morganti) after a commanding performance led to a comfortable 4-0 victory over Wick Academy in the swirling wind and rain at Harmsworth Park. The visitors will now host Lossiemouth in the next round on February 10th.

Naismith secures Strathspey switch

MIDFIELDER Ross Naismith has concluded a move away from the club to Strathspey Thistle.

The 24-year-old has spent almost six years at Station Park having initially joined on loan from Ross County towards the end of the 2011/12 season.
