THE club are delighted to confirm the additions of Craig Walker and Barrie McDonald to the under-15s coaching team.

The duo will link up with existing coach Stephen Grant to complete the setup.

OPEN DAY: Nairn County will host an Open Training Session at Station Park on Saturday.

The event kicks off at 10.30 am and will run until 12.30 pm and entry is free.

Neil Gibson leaves the club

Neil Gibson has now left the club. He was coach of the under-15s alongside Ally Munro and Stephen Grant last season.

Neil played for the club in the 1970s, scoring in the 1977 Inverness Cup final success. He leaves with the best wishes of everyone at the club, as chairman Donald Matheson said: "We understand and respect Neil's reasons for having to give up the coaching with us and we wish him…

THE HOSTS were always on top in this North of Scotland League top-of-the-table clash and it was Alness United who left Station Park the more satisfied with the outcome of the 1-1 draw.

FRUSTRATED Nairn County boss Ronnie Sharp branded his side's first half showing in the Scottish Cup defeat to Preston Athletic as the worst 45 minutes of his reign so far.
