TWO goals in as many minutes were costly for Nairn County as Fraserburgh fought back from a half time deficit to take all three points at Station Park.

Conor Gethins put County in front with an exquisite lob midway through the first half. A long ball forward was knocked on by Robbie Duncanson into Gethins's path and Irishman did the rest, lifting the ball over exposed Fraserburgh goalkeeper Scott Cowe.

At this Saturday’s game against Fraserburgh, four new fans from south of the border travel to Nairn from Lewes in East Sussex to see County play for the very first time.

Dave Evans was born in Nairn in 1963 when his father was serving at RAF Kinloss. The family moved away soon after and until February this year, Dave had never been back. He came to Nairn with his Dad in February…
